About Me

I am currently a second year law student at the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, and I am seeing a really great guy named David. One upon a time, I was a web designer/developer, but I decided to make a career change and went back to college to get a BS in Economics. From there, I applied to law school, and the rest is history, as it were. If you have the urge to know more about what I want out of life, you can check out my 43 Things.

I am kind of nerdy and geeky, even though I don’t look like a nerd. I watch sci-fi shows, play D&D and Guitar Hero, and like science and nature. I also like fashion, music, movies, art, photography, running, writing, martial arts, and a lot of other things. So, I guess you could say that I’m on the eclectic side.

That brings me to the reason for this entire site. In January, 2008, I am moving to Japan to study law for a semester. This is incredibly exciting for me, as I have never lived abroad, and I have a special place in my heart for Japan. 日本すきです。I have been studying Japanese for a couple years now, and I hope to improve my language skills while I am over there, as well as learn more about the culture and the Japanese legal system.

It is only…
